Customized UI/UX for Dual Portals

‍We designed an intuitive user interface tailored to both client-facing and admin-facing experiences. The client portal simplifies the tax filing journey, offering clear navigation and guidance. Meanwhile, the admin and sub-admin portals enable seamless communication flow—triggering instant notifications when a user submits a request, ensuring prompt follow-ups and process continuity.

Automated Tax Filing System

‍We utilized modern tech stacks, including Angular, .NetCore, HTML, CSS, and Azure for cloud capabilities to build a fully automated tax filing system that is easy to navigate for the users. This system was built to help users file their taxes, check the compiled records of their filings, and enable easy management of users by the admins in the backend.

Role-Based Access Control

‍We implemented a secure role-based access mechanism that ensures users, sub-admins, and super admins each access only the information and functions relevant to them. This enhanced data protection, improved system accountability, and minimized operational errors.

To ensure users and admins stay informed, we enabled automated in-app and email notifications for every key action—such as request submission, document approval, and filing completion. This reduced delays and helped maintain a transparent user journey.

Leveraging Azure’s infrastructure, the system was designed for scale, performance, and security. It supports high-volume user access during peak filing seasons, enables regular backups, and allows future feature upgrades without disrupting the live environment.
