The client, headquartered in Los Angeles, is a popular American apparel brand known for its commitment to delivering sustainable fashion. Challenge

After experiencing a considerable revenue loss in the holiday season sales due to sluggish website performance and an inability to launch timely campaigns, our client realized their existing eCommerce setup couldn’t support their future growth plans anymore. Hence, they wanted to migrate their existing system architecture to headless mode and sync all their selling touchpoints into a single ecosystem.   • Seamless Backend Migration to Shopify Plus We migrated the client's backend from Adobe Commerce to Shopify Plus, ensuring complete and accurate data transfer through API-driven migration. This included inventory, pricing, and product metadata, while real-time sync kept online and offline inventories consistent.
  • Custom Storefront Built with React A fully customized storefront was developed using React, tailored to reflect the client’s brand identity. Dynamic features like personalized recommendations, geo-targeted content, and customer reviews were added to enhance user engagement and create a high-converting shopping experience.
  • Advanced Content Management with Strapi CMS We integrated Strapi CMS to give the client full control over content creation and updates. This enabled faster content publishing and easy management of promotions, blogs, and pages—all without needing developer assistance.

Enhanced Search, Payments & Analytics with Third-Party Tools

We implemented key third-party integrations to enhance the client's eCommerce operations, including Algolia for lightning-fast product search, Google Analytics for deep SEO and performance insights, and both PayPal and Shopify Pay to offer secure and flexible payment options. These additions collectively improved the shopping experience, operational efficiency, and conversion potential.
