About the Client

The client is a Netherlands-based Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) firm that provides marketing services to multiple brands to help them improve their promotional operations and brand image. They help brands develop a full-fledged marketing plan to enhance their marketing output and reduce team costs.

Challenge

The client wanted to expand its offering vertically with the addition of new services. They also wanted a customized dashboard where customers could view packages and track their marketing plans. In a nutshell, they were looking to streamline their processes and create a solution that met all their online needs.

Solutions Implemented

We developed new modules, including a Playbook that provided a comprehensive view of packages and audits to the visitors and an exclusive dashboard with Happy for enrolled customers.

  • Playbook Update We updated the Playbook feature for the client to ensure enhanced accessibility of the dashboard panel where they could not only buy marketing packages but also audit and keep track of their marketing plans.
  • Happiness Tracker We developed a happiness tracker that took Playbook a step further and can provide premium access to approved clients with active projects to track their plans.
  • Packages Function Update Packages already existed on the website, but had to be a little more agile and user-friendly.

Premium Access Control & Client Segmentation

Implemented a role-based access system within the Playbook to differentiate between standard users and approved premium clients, enabling tailored visibility into projects, tracking tools, and marketing packages.

Enhanced Notification Framework

Built a dynamic notification engine integrated with the Alert module to deliver personalized, timely updates, helping clients stay informed on project statuses, package renewals, and promotional actions.

Streamlined Existing System

We incorporated a custom UI design to streamline their existing system and enhance its accessibility. The idea was to optimize their existing functions and incorporate the Alert module to send personalized notifications to their customers.
