Custom Feature Development and Integration
We developed a custom search and filtering feature for the client’s new system and provided integrations, including Map Integration (Google Map Integration using Lat-Lon information of Hotels) and SSO Integration using Yatra’s SSO application(for authentication and authorization of users).
Role-Based Access Controls and Multi-Environment Setup
To improve content governance and operational efficiency, we implemented role-based access controls (RBAC) across the Strapi CMS. Different teams—marketing, editorial, and technical—were granted granular permissions aligned with their responsibilities. We also set up staging, development, and production environments to streamline testing, approval cycles, and controlled rollouts without disrupting the live site experience.
Content Localization and Multi-Channel Readiness
As the client planned to scale their content across global markets, we integrated content localization features into the Strapi setup. This empowered teams to create and manage multilingual content efficiently. Additionally, with the headless structure in place, the client was able to deliver consistent content across multiple channels, including mobile apps, web platforms, and third-party tools—without duplicating efforts.
Platform Migration
We migrated their existing CMS (based on traditional format) to Strapi headless CMS in order to modernize their operations and architecture end-to-end. We chose Strapi for CMS modernization as it provides the most flexible ecosystem for integrating any tools and technologies. As a result, it offered us a space where we were able to customize the client’s platform while aligning with their brand identity.
UI Revamping and Frontend Optimization
Backed by Strapi’s flexibility and extensivity of NextJS framework, we revamped the client’s existing UI design and utilized NextJS and ReactJS to build a captivating frontend solution while keeping their core brand image intact.
API-Model Implementation
By utilizing Strapi API-driven architecture, we created an ecosystem for the client’s system wherein the content was segregated into two parts–API driven Data (that doesn’t change frequently and is retrieved from multiple data sources) and CMS Driven Data (that can be changed and managed from Strapi Admin Panel and is key to managing promotional data/information).
