About the Client

The client is a growing fintech firm that offers financial services to merchants and helps streamline their online payments. They provide comprehensive assistance for merchants, allowing them to manage and track their transactions– history, ongoing, and upcoming.

Challenge

The client was facing issues with security and fraudulent activities and wanted a comprehensive payment system that could eliminate system vulnerabilities, streamline their operations, and provide their customers (merchants) with a dashboard panel for seamless online payment.

Solutions Implemented

The Successive Digital team worked in two parallels mainly — transactions and enrolment. Where, on the one hand, we restricted the existing User Interface of BIM to render it more merchant-friendly, the backend team, on the other hand, developed a secure and fraud-proof system with various third-party API integrations.

Fraud Detection System

‍Our team built a full-fledged fraud detection system for the client to eliminate their security issues and provide a stable and secure backend system for conducting financial transactions.

Dashboard Panel

‍We created a customized dashboard panel for the client’s customers that includes multi-layer features and a user-friendly interface to enable them to track their transactions and automate payments for repetitive orders.

API Integration

‍We provided third-party integrations with the client’s system to enable smooth merchant on boarding, extend the functionality of their automatic clearing house (ACH) system, and automate email procedures, such as sending transaction emails or loyalty program emails to existing customers.

Modular Frontend for Merchant-Centric Operations

Developed a feature-rich, stable frontend that enabled merchants to track daily transactions, manage content, and personalize their dashboard experience, supporting brand elements like logos, loyalty programs, and automated customer emails.

Secure, Fraud-Resistant Backend Architecture

Engineered a robust backend with layered API integrations, third-party verifications, and fraud detection protocols, especially during bank detail submissions and personal data handling, making the system secure and ACH-compliant.

Optimized ACH & Merchant Onboarding Workflows

Streamlined the Automated Clearing House (ACH) process to support batch transactions, significantly lowering payment processing costs by up to 90%, while introducing a merchant onboarding API for seamless registration and faster go-live.
