Developed a Robust In-House Infrastructure
Successive Digital assisted the client in establishing a robust in-house infrastructure to facilitate seamless migration and proficient operations. With extensive expertise in designing, deploying, and operating large Kubernetes clusters, we enabled the client to leverage greater portability through a container-based architecture. This setup allowed for the rapid provisioning of required resources, meeting scaling requirements efficiently. Load balancers were configured on over 500 nodes, 14,000 pods, and 50,000 container services to enhance performance and availability.
Enhanced Scalability and Cloud-Native Application Development
We enabled the client to adopt a more responsive and scalable solution with Kubernetes, supporting cloud-native application development and management. The implementation of dynamic scaling and a microservices-based architecture improved scalability. Automated CI/CD pipelines facilitated efficient application rollouts, accelerating feature deployment. This infrastructure allowed the client to respond swiftly to changing demands, ensuring robust performance and operational efficiency.
Unified Deployment Processes and Enhanced Observability
Successive Digital unified deployment processes, set up self-healing pods, and centralized monitoring and logging metrics, significantly reducing operational and system administration costs. This approach provided better visibility over resource utilization and service health, enabling proactive management. The infrastructure was deployed following best practices, including Terraform, enhancing developer productivity and reducing errors. End-to-end security measures ensured secure rollouts, while the improved observability offered comprehensive insights into system performance and health.
Automated Resource Optimization and Cost Governance
We implemented intelligent autoscaling and resource quota policies to optimize compute and memory usage across clusters. By integrating cloud cost governance tools, the client gained better control over infrastructure spending without compromising on performance or availability.
Improved Developer Experience and Workflow Agility
A developer-friendly ecosystem was built using container orchestration, centralized secrets management, and role-based access controls. This improved the development cycle, reduced manual interventions, and allowed engineering teams to deliver enhancements faster and with higher confidence.
Streamlined Incident Management and Business Continuity
Successive Digital set up automated incident detection with real-time alerting and failover strategies to maintain high availability. Disaster recovery protocols and runbooks were standardized to ensure uninterrupted business operations during system anomalies or outages.
