Streamlined Existing System
We incorporated a custom UI design to streamline their existing system and enhance its accessibility. The idea was to optimize their existing functions and incorporate the Alert module to send personalized notifications to their customers.
Unified Client Dashboard
We introduced a centralized client dashboard that brings together Playbook, Package management, and the Happiness Tracker in one cohesive interface. This consolidation improved usability, minimized navigation friction, and allowed clients to get a complete overview of their project health, spending, and marketing performance—on a single screen.
Smart Notifications and Progress Insights
To keep clients engaged and informed, we integrated intelligent notifications and real-time progress insights. These updates alert clients on campaign milestones, plan expirations, new package availability, and feedback loops—creating a more proactive and transparent experience throughout the customer journey.
Playbook Update
We updated the Playbook feature for the client to ensure enhanced accessibility of the dashboard panel where they could buy marketing packages and audit and keep track of their marketing plans.
Happiness Tracker
We developed a happiness tracker that took Playbook a step further and can provide premium access to approved clients with active projects to track their plans.
Packages Function Update
Packages already existed on the website but had to be a little more agile and user-friendly.
